Our dentists offer the whole range of dental servives available. The obligatory prerequisite is the guarantee of quality service and providing the client with all information concerning the treatment and cooperation with the clinic. It is achieved through signing the contract on providing dental services.
When you first visit our clinic, you may want to find out more about some procedures. We encourage you to take a few moments to review our special video and software programs to get an idea of what to expect during and after seeing the dentist. To these ends we have furnished ‘a customer’s nook’ for the patients.
IPST working hours:
From 8 a.m. till 9-30 p.m (until the last appointment is over), without days off.
To make an appointment, we recommend that you either call us or use the Internet. We keep our records with the help of custom-made software developed and implemented by our computer experts.
We can also give a piece of preliminary advice provided we receive an orthopantomogram and anamnesis data by e-mail.
All manipulations conducted in our clinic may be carried out only after the patient’s informed consent has been obtained.
We call a patient ourselves to invite them for a repeat visit or an additional examination as the case may require.
The fees are charged in the patient-friendly way: either in cash, or by a credit card, or through a cashless settlement. We have a flexible discount system.
Our clinic has entered into a cooperation agreement with the leading insurance c and assistance companies. |
