Orthopaedic department

Orthopaedic department is specialised in the full anatomic and functional restoration of the upper and low jaws dentitions of patients .

The orthopaedist is the creator, as he restores the smile, diction, aesthetics and good mood for the person.

It isn’t enough only to have the most advanced equipment and dental materials for the best result for patient. The crucial role has the complex curing. The patient can get the complex curing due to the team-work of the dentist, surgeon, orthodontist, parodontist and orthopedist.

Two factors such as the team-work of the dentist and dental mechanic, and good dental laboratory with the foundry have an influence on the complex curing.

Using of the alloys and ceramic mixtures of different world companies (Ivoclar, Degussa, Noritaki Ceramko etc.) in our work helps our patients to choose "the golden mean” between the price and quality that are important in our daily life.

Alloys and ceramic pastes manufactured by different world's companies (Ivoclar, Degussa, Noritaki and others) that we use during our work permit our patients to choose "the golden mean" that is very urgent nowadays.

The relevant problems of the articulation and occlusion are solved by us with the advanced articulation system SAM and the sole device in Ukraine AXIOQUICK RECORDER that accurately defines the pathology of the temporomandibular joint and helps to choose the corresponding curing.

The patient gets the recommendations in oral and written forms about orthopedic construction care after each curing stage that helps to avoid different problems and questions. The patient will be taught to take care about orthopedic construction and individual hygienic means will be choosen for him (the patient can get and change these means in our clinic). Then he will be systematically examined.

The modern orthopedic stomatology use different advanced technologies. We use all these technologies in our practice, but we prefer use-proven technologies. We try to combine our experience and advanced developments in the best form for other patients.

The patient is offered following types of orthopedic curing: partial prosthetic dentistry:
clasp dental prosthetics (are made on the basis of a poured arch) are more functional, good fixed and aesthetic unlike partial lamellated dentures.

Removable dental prostheticses on implants are functional (they promote the even distribution of the chewing load), they don’t need adaptation and are aesthetically perfect.

Fixed prosthetic dentistry:
Fixed dentures on implants – the famous thing in the modern prosthetic dentistry – help to achieve the high aesthetic level, reliability and comfort.
Adhesive bridge dentures (are made from composit material or ceramic, don’t need preparation of the neighbouring teeth).
Ceramic veneers, ceramic crowns and inlays without metals which have the advantage – the minimal preparation of the surface and achieving of the high aestheticresult.

Metal-ceramic crowns and bridge dentures that are made from the modern semisynthetic and natural ceramic mixture.

Widely used is making of the combined stump inlays with glas-optical and coal-plastic posts that good conduct the light and make one monoblock between crown and root of tooth that helps quickly and reliably to strengthen tooth use it for the planned orthopaedic construction.

The frameworks of the dentures can be made from different metals among which are: gold platinum, titanic and chromium-cobalt alloys.

All alloys are licensed and their choice helps accurate curing according to indications.

The patient will be offered the provisional dental prosthetics during the preparation and making of the orthopaedic construction, he will be free of aesthetic and functional inconveniences;

In clinic is widely used the method "today for today” – the immediate making of the provisional dentures using the self-hardening plastic.

The main principle of our orthopaedic curing is the patient must always have crowns.
